Overview

The program provides you with a comprehensive, scientifically based and internationally oriented picture of the real estate industry.

Target Group

The real estate industry combines a variety of professions whose fields of activity range from planning, construction and management to the modification and further development of existing buildings and settlement areas. This requires:

Admission Criteria

  • Degree from a university/ETH/university of applied sciences and professional experience (foreign degrees or professional qualifications are recognized if they have the same quality level as the Swiss equivalents).
  • Very good oral and written German skills and good oral English skills.
  • In exceptional cases, persons without a university degree are also admitted. The program commission decides on admission "sur dossier". These applicants require several years of professional experience

What you will learn

You are not only able to correctly apply existing industry knowledge, but also to independently develop positions or take on intellectual leadership roles. You sharpen the collective intelligence of the Real Estate industry in association with the other participants.

Understanding the interrelationships between human needs, land, investment and construction markets, mobility, and regulations creates the optimal basis for understanding value creation in space.

You will learn how to optimize value creation across the entire real estate lifecycle, from project development to portfolio management to transactions, and you will be able to act in an entrepreneurial manner.

By dealing with real estate portfolios in various investment forms and other capital investments, you can optimally allocate resources and interact competently with a wide variety of players.
